Modern Design System for SaaS Product

Project Overview

The client needed a scalable design system that would help their engineering and design teams ship consistent UI at high velocity. We built a comprehensive token-based system in Figma with a fully documented component library.

Every component was designed with accessibility in mind — meeting WCAG AA standards, supporting dark mode, and handling edge cases like empty states and loading skeletons.

The Process

We started with an audit of the existing UI, identifying inconsistencies and patterns. From there, we established a design token architecture covering colors, typography, spacing, and motion. The final deliverable included a Figma component library, Storybook documentation, and developer handoff specs.

The result was a 40% faster UI development cycle and near-zero design inconsistencies across the product.
